1. Who We Are
JoY Development LLC (“JoY Development,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides operational education, digital knowledge services, documentation support, and related resources through websites, tools, and materials including, but not limited to, PalletsNailed, PRO Resources, and other JoY Development services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. What Our Services Are (and Are Not)
Our Services provide general operational education, guidance, and informational resources through a Knowledge Center / Service, articles, checklists, workflows, and related materials.
Our Services are NOT:
- Site-specific training
- A replacement for employer training programs
- Legal advice
- Safety certification
- OSHA compliance services
- Professional safety or regulatory assessments
You are responsible for determining how (and whether) to apply any information provided.
3. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Injury prevention
- Regulatory compliance
- OSHA outcomes
- Financial results
- Operational performance
Outcomes depend on implementation, supervision, environment, equipment, and individual behavior—all of which are outside our control.
4. Knowledge Center / Service Access
Some materials are publicly available. Other materials (“PRO Resources” or similar) require login, payment, or authorization.
Access grants you the right to view and use the materials for internal purposes only.
It does not grant ownership of the content.
We may modify, move, add, or remove content at any time.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Paid access is billed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe).
By purchasing a subscription:
- You authorize recurring charges at the stated rate
- You acknowledge pricing, billing intervals, and cancellation terms at checkout
- You are responsible for managing your subscription
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share login credentials outside your organization without permission
- Reproduce, resell, or distribute content
- Use the Services in a misleading, unsafe, or unlawful manner
- Present our materials as site-specific training or compliance certification
Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, text, graphics, and documentation provided through the Services are owned by JoY Development LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, publish, resell, or redistribute content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
JoY Development LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Use or misuse of the Services
- Implementation of any guidance
- Injuries, losses, or damages of any kind
You assume full responsibility for how information is applied.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JoY Development LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of content
- Non-payment
- Abuse of access privileges
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, tools, or services.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
